At THE FIX, we want you to love your look. If your purchase isn't quite right, you can return or exchange any unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label generated by our system and securely package your items in their original bag or box.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment as it makes its way back to our distribution center.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
